To make purchases at our EATON THREADS online boutique, you do need to register an account. We have made this a priority to better counteract fraudulent transactions, as well as for you to access exclusive areas and faster checkout times. Search: To search for an item easily, select a category from the drop-down navigation menu or browse our selections on the homepage. To find something more specific, use our filters or the website search option. Product Information: On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colour options, a description and the details of each item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details. Ordering: From the item page, select the desired colour and size of the product. Add the product to your Shopping Bag. Once you have finished shopping, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of your Shopping Bag. Enter your email and your shipping address, then click “Continue to shipping method.” Select a shipping and a payment method. Check that the information you entered is correct and click “Continue to payment method." You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email.
We accept the following types of payments: Credit Card, Masterpass, Mobicred, PayPal, Instant EFT, Manual Instant EFT, and Automatic Instant EFT.For eatonthreadsco.com orders, we use PayFast as our payment gateway. PayFast, in conjunction with EATON THREADS, is committed to keeping you, and all sensitive information secure. We have a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect buyers from fraudulent transactions. Online retail has a fraud rate between 1 and 2% of all transactions. Through effective controls, PayFast’s is currently below 0,2% and still going down. PayFast use Extended Validation SSL with 2048-bit encryption (only two of the four major South African banks use this and is the highest– level of encryption currently available).
EATON THREADS offers complimentary 3-5 day shipping on all South African orders over R1000. Please note: EATON THREADS is only able to ship within South Africa at the moment. We are working with a number of partners to provide a fast and reliable international shipping option.
For eatonthreadsco.com orders, products may be returned by mail within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt/proof of purchase.To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition, with tag intact. Merchandise that has been altered, damaged, or does not meet the above requirements is not returnable. All refunds may only be made in the same currency country as the original purchase. Kindly note that packages with damaged items or no proof of purchase will be returned to the sender. All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, and refund processing time varies by financial institution. We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days.Please note, sale items/marked down items are not refundable.You are welcome to contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may assist regarding returns. If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred.
Order is confirmed: The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation email with the Order Number.
